The hotel provided a very comfortable experience. the property was fairly clean. - the staff were very kind. - the location is awesome, especially for me. - the units had 2 double beds. - There was lots of food available on the terrace.

the staff was really helpful, the room was functional with the terrace and shower plus 2 double beds. location in the centre of the city was a plus. the hotel exceeded high expectations, i would love to come back.

The staff were all pleasant, helpful and genuiely interested in ones comfort. They tried so hard to make the stay pleasant. The location in Plaza de Espana is excellent and very convenient.

The decor is somewhat tired and the rooftop terrace, again is tired and lacking design. The Hotl could be vastly improved by an injection of design reflecting the 1950's style time warp. It would not take too much money and could become a small, friendly time warp design icon in the centre of Santa Cruz. Car parking and vehicle access as a result of the pedestrianisation is frankly a little difficult.

Simple breakfast, but you get a hard-boiled egg. the location is perfect, right in the middle of everything in town. 🍳

Hotel was conveniently situated for visiting the Auditorio

Low-cost, no-nonsense hotel in central location in Santa Cruz. Friendly staff. Roof terrace where breakfast was served was very nice to come down to (go up to...?) in the morning. Fridge in room was very useful.

Very basic, but clean. Slightly warm in room with no air con and a little noisy but not surprising for central location.

Breakfast is served in the bar, all staff members are efficient and outstandingly friendly, and the location is within walking distance from the city center.

Too noisy all night outside. Needs curtains and double glazing. Saw worm like insects on the floor near the bed.

Comfortable spot with easy access to a Catholic church nearby. Both rooms we got were freshly updated and had nice views, couldn't find anything to complain about! 👌

Situation. Nice top roof, quite quiet. Nice staff. Rather good for just one night but not for a long stay., I didn't expect more.

I would not recommand this hotel because of the dark room, bad decoration. Breakfast without choice. No fruit (except with sirup), no sugarless yoghurt. I dislike paying before sleeping at the check-in. Usually you have to pay at the check-out.

No access to the hotel by car. Very difficult to find free on street parking. No English chanals on tv.

Enjoyed a comfy night here before hopping on a cruise 🚢. the spot was super convenient, right in the middle of everything. Had a delicious meal out on the terrace.

In addition to the above, important was that this hotel was not, like most of the other hotels in this area, "non-refundable"
